AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND OPTENICS LLC DBA ZOIPHONE

The “Company” consists of Optenics LLC dba ZoiPhone (“ZoiPhone”), its related entities, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, affiliates, assigns, consultants, and agents. The “Website” refers to zoiphone.com and any associated websites owned and operated by ZoiPhone or its affiliates.
